Balmes Barcelona

It’s a complete restoration in a duplex penthouse of 350m2. In this 1950 building, the housing was in its original state of art.

The request was to update the interior spaces, facilities... etc. We had to transform it in a modern house, without losing the classical style and the high level of this country house. For this purpose it was necessary to unite spaces, thus providing a spatial continuity, eliminating up to 15 main walls that divided the interior. You can see the result in the images in this gallery.
